LASEA Group

High precision laser machines

The LASEA Group, which now includes Laser Cheval and Optec, designs and manufactures high-precision laser machines, from defining the laser process to integrating it into a machine or a production line. Thanks to its various technologies (nanosecond, picosecond and femtosecond lasers in IR, visible and UV, as well as Excimer and CO₂ lasers), the LASEA Group carries out micro-machining applications (marking, engraving, straight-wall cutting and drilling, texturing, decorating, debonding, welding, wire stripping, tube machining, etc.) on all types of materials such as metals, glass, ceramics, mother-of-pearl, silicon, sapphire and polymers.

In addition to its laser expertise, the Group also brings together skills in automation, vision, robotics, electronics and mechanics, enabling it to design a complete range of laser machines and integrable modules that meet its clients’ quality, efficiency and production goals,.

Today, the Group operates in Belgium, France, Switzerland and the United States (San Diego), and is active worldwide in the most demanding sectors, such as medical, electronics, luxury, defense and research.

LASEA solutions

Quartz

The Quartz is a modular, autonomous, precise and intelligent production solution. Able to integrate any type of laser source, from continuous to femtosecond, the Quartz meets every need, from marking to welding to micro-machining.

LS-Precess

The LS-Precess is a versatile and high performance laser module designed for high-precision laser drilling, cutting, and micromachining applications, where 0° taper is required. When coupled with a galvo scanner, the LS-Precess offers the advantage of a large scan field, making it ideal for demanding applications in mass production.

Hypostent

The Hypostent is an ergonomic Swiss Army knife for laser manufacturing. It offers the flexibility to create complex designs for diverse medical devices. The addition of an advanced galvoscanner unlocks once-impossible business opportunities.

NEO

The solution that can micromachine several parts simultaneously thanks to its high-power laser combined with multiple scanner heads. It offers you the highest productivity with the smallest footprint.

LEW

Powerful and flexible, the LEW compact welding station and its options are designed to adapt to a wide range of industrial applications of micro-assembly by laser welding.

LS-Lab

The right setup for micromachining process development. Like a high-end micromachining machine, this compact lab set-up, combined with LASEA’s beam management modules, allows high-precision laser processes

LS4-P

All of LASEA’s experience condensed into an autonomous, high precision industrial machine, dedicated to micro-machining of straight edges and to watchmaking decoration.

LS-Profile

The LS-Profile is an advanced solution designed for the precise evaluation of laser beam characteristics. It comes in two specialized versions, each tailored for specific purposes to meet the diverse needs of users.

LS4-A

LS4-A is a fixed configuration of the LS4 Platform for dedicated watch-hand manufacturing. It processes strip-fed material with consistent precision and runs multiple jobs in one fabrication order without recalibration, ensuring high productivity and autonomy.

ECHO 360

Optec ECHO 360 is a turnkey workstation for fine-wire stripping. Developed by the a-thermal laser experts at Optec, it delivers clean, residue-free ablation on most polymers and coatings – faster than mechanical or chemical methods and without any wire rotation.

LSV

Unparalleled, deep-UV laser catheter processing. A self-contained workstation for R&D or production.

LS4-IOL

LS4-IOL is a fixed configuration derived from the LS4 Platform for producing intraocular lenses (IOLs). It combines fast, precise cutting with optional engraving and drilling functions, and can evolve from manual operation to automated loading as volumes grow.

Custom Machines

When your process goes beyond standard platforms, LASEA can develop a machine built entirely around your requirements. From tailored features to fully original architectures, our engineering teams are ready to turn your complex needs into industrial-ready laser systems.
