EdgeWave’s short pulse and ultrashort pulse lasers are available in 3 beam profiles. Gaussian for precise processing of microstructures, 1 Dimensional Top-Hat annealing thin crystal layers and Laser Lift-Off for the display industry, and 2 Dimensional Top-Hat for deleting thin layers in the production of displays and solar cells.
These electro-optical Q-switched InnoSlab lasers are available in your choice of wavelength (1064, 532, 355, 266nm). They vary in laser medium, pulse energy and output powder. EdgeWave can tailor the beam profile to your requirements—Gaussian, 1 Dimensional Top-Hat, or square 2 Dimensional Top-Hat.
